Trader Joe's To Open 1st Denver Store On Colorado Blvd.

DENVER (CBS4)- Trader Joe's has signed a letter of intent to open its first Denver store on Colorado Boulevard, according to CBS4's partners The Denver Business Journal.

The store will be located on the southeast corner of Colorado and 8th Avenue according to three independent commercial real estate brokers who specialize in retail when they talked to the DBJ.

It would be the grocery store's second store in Colorado, in addition to a previously announced location in Boulder set to open in 2013.
