Aurora Police Want Public's Help Locating Missing Woman

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - Police in Aurora would like the public's help locating a missing woman.

Frank Fania with the Aurora Police Department said Shirley Everett, 64, has been missing since about 9:45 p.m. on Friday. She was last seen in the area 333 Salem Street.

Everett is black with black hair and brown eyes. She is 5-foot-5 and weighs about 170 pounds. She was last seen leaving her residence in a 1992 dark green, four-door Saturn with Colorado license plates 522-NYP.

"Everett told her family she was going to get something to eat and has not been seen since," Fania said in a statement.

Everett is a diabetic and is insulin dependent. Her family says she does not have her medication.

Anyone with information on Everett's whereabouts is asked to call the Aurora Police Department at (303)-627-3100.
