Occupy Protester Guilty Of Arson Misses Sentencing
DENVER (CBS4) - An arrest warrant has been issued for a man accused of starting a fire during an Occupy Denver protest.
The fire happened in December near the state Capitol. Michael Clapper already pleaded guilty to arson but didn't show up for his sentencing on Friday.
Clapper told CBS4 in a jailhouse interview he didn't want to get in anymore trouble.
Prosecutors say he may now lose favorable sentencing conditions. He was likely going to get a short jail time and probation.
