Man Sentenced For Assaulting Children At Day Care

GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4) - A 31-year-old man from Lakewood will spend two years in community corrections for sexually assaulting at least 10 children.

Cody Charlton lived with his parents who ran a day care facility. He pleaded guilty to inappropriately touching some of the children and taking explicit pictures.

Charlton will have to register as a sex offender and could be on probation the rest of his life.
