Clapper was accused of setting fire to a structure and other debris that was part of an Occupy Denver protest on Dec. 19 in Civic Center Park. Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrissey claims that Clapper endangered people who were nearby those structures.

Clapper has remained in custody since the incident. He is scheduled to appear in Denver District Court on March 16 at 8:30 a.m. for sentencing.

hey mate, I’ve had this same proelbm, the proelbm is that the band is awful, it’s too big for my head and the headphones fit very loosely on my ear so the bass escapes, you know when you press the headphone then it’s good quality, I had to modify the clip in order for the headphones to fit, and then equalize them, increase lows (1st three freqs), decrease mids (just by a little bit, the middle freqs the most) and up the highs just a little bit, and there you go .:)
