Autopsy Inconclusive Sterling Toddler’s Death, Vigil Plans Set

STERLING, Colo. (CBS4) – An autopsy of a young boy found dead in the town of Sterling has come back inconclusive.

Caleb Pacheco, who would have been 3, was found dead under a mobile home. Extended family members were worried because they hadn’t seen Pacheco in a long time.

There was no cause of death listed.

Pacheco’s mother, Juanita Kinzie, faces first-degree murder charges. She was advised of the charges in court Monday night.

This is absolutely sickening. This drug addict good for nothing was called on by her own family many times and no one did a thing to even try to find out if this baby was OK – did not confirm he was even there; and if not then where was he and why? What the he*l are my taxes going for – if not to get these government workers off their rear-ends to do their jiob? If this woman doesn’t get life and heads don’t roll at social services then this little boy is everyone’s victim!

If this woman isn’t given a life sentence, she is a good reason why I believe in hysterectomies for women who murder their chidren. She has several children and takes care of none of them. Probably collects welfare money for each child she has birthed, but takes no responsibility for any of them; much less herself. I pray God forgives her and takes care of this baby’s soul.
