Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Dog In Pueblo
PUEBLO, Colo. (CBS4) – Police in Pueblo have arrested a man for allegedly sexually assaulting a dog.
Police arrested Kenneth Milosavich, 55, Saturday afternoon on the 2100 block of East Evans and he is currently booked in the Pueblo County Jail.
“We deal with stuff every day, but some things, like this, affect us more than other stuff,” a spokeswoman with the police department said.
Police said the woman who reported the incident was shaken up. According to published reports, the dog, said to be a pit bull, belonged to the woman.
According to the Pueblo Chieftain, an arrest affidavit by Pueblo police officer Matthew Ballard said the man, later identified as Milosavich, was “performing oral sexual acts on a female dog.” The affidavit said Milosavich then began pleasing himself in front of the dog.
Police said they found Milosavich in the bathroom of a nearby bar with a small amount of crack cocaine and a pipe in his pants. He tried to blow the cocaine out of an officer’s hand, according to the Pueblo Chieftain.
Milosavich has been charged with cruelty to animals, indecent exposure, possession of schedule II substance, and tampering with physical evidence.
