Monsoon Rains Lead To Increased West Nile Virus Testing
DENVER (CBS4)- Officials across Colorado are testing for West Nile Virus after monsoon rains have led to a spike in the mosquito population.
Colorado State Health officials have confirmed one human case of the virus so far this year.
The Tri-County Health Department recently reported nearly 4,000 mosquitoes captured in one trap in Foxfield.
