DURANGO, Colo. (AP) – Fort Lewis College is offering a bargain to high school students who attend college while they’re in high school.
College officials are lowering the cost per credit hour by 42 percent, from $180 for residents to $106, but the bargain has limits.
The district went over budget last year and now requires that classes must be available only at the college for students to qualify, according to the Durango Herald.
