FBI Mum On Third Item Found At Bookstore
GOLDEN, Colo. (AP) -- The FBI is continuing to investigate two suspicious devices found inside a Borders Bookstore at a suburban Denver mall, but they're being mum about a third item they recovered.
Spokesman Dave Joly said Monday the item was found during the initial investigation. He said the FBI is not discussing the third item, but he said it should not be of concern.
The discovery was made Saturday at the Colorado Mills Mall in Golden, Colo., after police responded to a report of a break-in.
The FBI says the two crude devices caused minimal damage to a small area inside the store. No one was injured.
The mall opened as usual Saturday, though the bookstore was closed.
