Man Bikes Across Nation To Bring Awareness About Depression

DENVER (CBS4) - A man who was just moments from ending his life is trying to keep others from taking theirs.

Mark Meier is taking his cause to the streets this Father's Day weekend. He's cycling across the nation with one of his daughters to bring awareness to depression in men.

Meier is happily married and has three children, but he remembers the day he almost ended it all. He hopes sharing his story will encourage others to get help.

Meier and his daughter are biking to New York.
