Street Sweeper Driver Cited For Smashing Famous Dave's

DENVER (CBS4)- The driver of the street sweeper who crashed into Famous Dave's restaurant in Stapleton on Monday has been cited. The driver has been charged with careless driving.

The sweeper crashed through the wall of Famous Dave's at about 1 a.m. Monday. It made quite a mess and caused a lot of damage.

The restaurant resumed business on Tuesday in the dining area. The bar area remains closed while repairs are made.
