Frontier To Trim Operating Schedule Amid Oil Price Increases

DENVER (Denver Business Journal) - Frontier Airlines said Monday it will be "trimming its operating schedule" this spring due to the "uncertainty of future oil prices."

The Denver-hubbed airline, a unit of Indianapolis-based Republic Airways Holdings Inc., noted that in previously issued guidance, it forecast capacity growth in the range of 1.5 percent to 2.5 percent for the second quarter of 2011.
