Eldora Ski Area Woos Other Resorts' Customers
NEDERLAND, Colo. (AP) - Eldora Mountain Resort is using an offer of free skiing to try to lure visitors from other resorts.
On Monday, Eldora started offering a day of free skiing to anyone who presents a lift ticket or a season pass from any other ski area. The offer isn't good on Saturdays though, and the resort hasn't decided how long the promotion will last.
The resort says the offer is designed to introduce Colorado skiers and riders to the resort west of Boulder.
