Weekend Of Free Events In Denver
DENVER (CBS)- There are a lot of great things to do this weekend in Denver, without paying a dime!
Check out some lions and tigers and bears at the Denver Zoo in City Park on Saturday, it's a free day. Visitors who are Colorado residents can see wild animals in their natural habitats without paying admission until 4 p.m. Jan. 8 thanks to the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District.
Not to far from the Denver Zoo, the Denver Museum of Nature and Science hosts a free day on Sunday, Jan. 9. Visitors can check out some of the permanent exhibits, it's fun for the entire family. The next free day for the museum is Monday, Jan. 31.
