For the fourth year in a row a local attorney is offering to pay for cab rides home on New Year’s Eve.

Michael Sawaya lost a sister to a drunk driver and says he’s willing to help anyone who is willing to protect themselves and others by not driving drunk.

Here’s how the program works: Anyone 21 years or older qualifies to be reimbursed for up to $35 in cab fare.

Just mail your receipt and a copy of your ID to Sawaya’s office.
