DENVER (CBS4) – Mullen High School has warned parents about a woman who was attacked off campus on a nearby bike path.

The school says the attack happened Tuesday morning along Bear Creek just north of the Mullen campus.

The woman was able to fight off the attacker.

Although it had nothing to do with the school, Mullen wants students and parents to know about what happened so they can be alert before and after school.
