CBS4, KCNC-TV—Denver to Air 10 of 16 Regular Season Denver Broncos Games and Five Special Shows Weekly 

Denver—August 30, 2017 – The NFL season on CBS officially kicks-off Sunday, September 10, 2017 and  CBS4 is gearing up for another season of football that will offer fans more programming than any other local station with 10 regular season Broncos games, five Thursday Night NFL games and five locally produced football shows each week.

“CBS4 is the station to turn to for football coverage,” CBS4 General Manager Walt DeHaven said. “We will air most of the regular season Denver Broncos games and fans can watch five major Thursday night games, five local football shows each week and a host of other NFL games.”

CBS4 Football Blitz presented by UC Health airs Saturdays from 10:35 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.  Each week, Sports Anchor Michael Spencer along with a Broncos player preview Sunday’s game, talk strategy and weigh in on the latest news from across the NFL at from ViewHouse Centennial.


Xfinity Monday Live airs Mondays from 6:30 – 7 p.m. Every Monday night Michael Spencer is live from ViewHouse Centennial with favorite players breaking down Sunday’s game and looking ahead to what’s next.


Ford Countdown to Kickoff airs Sundays before the game.  Michael Spencer and Mark Haas deliver the last word before every game inbcluding lineup changes, injury updates and weather conditions.


AutoNation ALL ACCESS airs Sunday nights 10:35-11:05 p.m. with an expanded weekend sports wrap-up by Michael Spencer and Mark Haas with highlights, interviews and analysis.

This year, CBS4 and Volunteers of America will also host Wine, Women and Football on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at ViewHouse Centennial. Wine Women and Football brings together women (and men!) from all walks of life for a fun evening of networking and entertainment.  Guests will have an opportunity to mix and mingle with Denver Broncos football players, take photos, get autographs, participate in a silent auction and enjoy a lively “Everything You Always Wanted to Know about Football” Q&A all while raising much-needed funds for Volunteers of America’s Irving Safe Haven, an emergency shelter for homeless women with children, as well as single women.
