Taught by Patrick Sheridan, the Acting for the Camera classes offered at The Bug Theatre are a great way to learn the techniques required for film acting. Anyone who has ever had the acting bug is encouraged to take a few classes to learn more about on-camera work. Classes are usually held every Tuesday night with new four-week sessions beginning each month. You'll learn all about screen techniques, connecting with your partner, auditioning for film and much more. For those looking for something a bit more in-depth, you may want to consider looking at the Colorado Film School, the only school in town dedicated to awarding Associates of Arts degrees with an emphasis in writing and producing, writing and directing, post production, writing for the screen, acting for the screen or cinematography. You'll learn all of the important elements to your chosen degree field with lots of hands-on film classes plus you'll have access to a huge library of equipment and experienced professionals in the field.
