After a long day at work, there are many places in and around downtown Denver to unwind and network with business professionals. There is a place for everyone's taste and mood from Mexican to Sushi to a local brewery. The residents of Denver are open and friendly and after work is the perfect time to spend some time with colleagues while meeting some new ones.  For some great places to network in Denver, see the list below.
Earls Downtown
1600 Glenarm Place Suite 140
Denver, CO 80202
(303) 595-3275
www.earlsdowntowndenver.comLocated in the heart of downtown on the 16th Street Mall, Earls offers professionals a multi-level restaurant and bar perfect for both large groups and smaller lunch meetings. The first level houses a smaller outdoor patio complete with all the hustle and bustle 16th Street brings, so if you're looking for something quieter, head inside and grab a seat at the large, oblong bar or at one of the first-level floor tables. If you long for the breeze of the outdoors in a less hectic setting, head upstairs to the indoor/outdoor seating area, which allows the scenery of 16th Street without as much of the noise. Happy hour here features $7 prawn rolls and spinach dip, among other appetizers, and $3 Bud Light and Coors Light. Earls has two other Colorado locations in Park Meadows and Cherry Creek for those who don't work downtown.
Yard House
1555 Court Place
Denver, CO 80202
(303) 572-9273
www.yardhouse.comAnyone who works downtown will tell you that this beer haven gets packed as soon as the clock strikes 5. Located near the end of the 16th Street Mall Ride, the Yard House's spacious drinking and dining areas allows business professionals to mingle at the bar, enjoy appetizers and drinks at one of the high bar tables situated around the bar, or grab a table or booth that line the perimeter of the restaurant. The weekday happy hour runs until 6 p.m. and features $3.50 domestics, $5 imports and $2 off wine by the glass in addition to half appetizers and specialty pizzas. Located just minutes from the Central Business District and numerous hotels, this is also a great spot to treat out of town clients guests to some great beer. Yard House also has locations in Lakewood and Lonetree.
Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery
1001 16th St.
Denver, CO 80202
(303) 534-7616
rockbottom.comRock Botton Restaurant & Brewery is also located on 16th Street Mall in downtown, but it's about halfway between Yardhouse at the one end and LoDo at the other, which makes it an ideal spot to meet other professionals outside the office. The popular brewery is known for its extensive line of handcrafted beers, which are brewed on the premises. They also offer a full menu, so the fun doesn't stop at the drinks.  You can also enjoy the atmosphere of downtown Denver while dining on the patio. During happy hour, choose from a great selection of appetizers priced at $5, $7 and $11. Insider tip: if the front of the bar and patio are packed, head to the way back where there's a more discreet, second bar tucked away in the restaurant. You can challenge co-workers to a few games of pool while still enjoying a full service menu and bar there as well. Other Rock Bottom locations include DIA for incoming visitors staying near the airport, and Park Meadows for those closer to the Tech Center.Related: Top Daily Happy Hours In Denver
