We love this health club not only because of the diversity of workouts and classes, but this is truly a family gym. Moms get two hours of free childcare every day. The club also sponsors a mom happy hour once a month where moms can gather away from the club while the Rally staff entertains the kids. The gym has daily preschool program, swim and fitness classes for kids as well as an amazing kiddie pool where you can spend the day relaxing with the little ones. Rally also plans regular weekend destination and ski trips for families where they include childcare in the package.

There are very few gyms any more that still have a full basketball court, squash and racquetball/handball courts, as well as a yoga studio, cardio area, full weight room, an indoor, as well as an outdoor pool. They have a lot of different equipment so you can try new things all the time, including Skiers Edge machines, a Kinesis functional training apparatus, as well as 24 new circuit training pieces. And when it comes time to pamper yourself, the club offers convenient online massage booking as well as a in-hours chiropractor.

One of the newest clubs in Boulder, everything here is state of the art, new and beautiful! That includes variety of aerobic and weight classes, well stocked locker rooms and sauna area. The pilates and yoga programs are outstanding. I don't think there is another club in town that has programs as good. You would have to go to a top pilates studio or yoga studio to get the same caliber of teachers. The fact that the yoga room can be heated for hot yoga is a real plus.

They offer several high energy fitness programs including turbo bar which guarantees to get you a new butt in 10 sessions. The turbo vinyassa is a fast paced Vinyasa style yoga practice emphasizing strength, flexibility and stability. Or you can gather a number of friends together for group training.

We like this gym because it's unique in that it provides 24 hour cardkey access 7 days a week. So you can workout on your own schedule. The gym also provides great personal trainers. If you want to try it out they have trial offer for new members $20/2 weeks and half price memberships if you are currently unemployed!
