Some of the news stories that really stick out in Jesse’s mind when looking back on his career so far include the flooding in Colorado’s foothills in 2013, destructive wildfires in 2002, 2012 & 2020 as well as the coronavirus pandemic. Coverage of each of those situations has presented unique challenges and he and his team have learned numerous lessons from the experiences.

When he’s not at his computer, Jesse loves spending time with his family and can frequently be found jogging on one of Colorado’s beautiful trails. His favorite spot to visit in the Centennial State is Great Sand Dunes National Park & Preserve in the San Luis Valley.
