CBS4 and MTV are partnering together to improve mental health in our community by normalizing conversation, creating a connection to resources, and shifting individuals’ behavior from awareness to action. MTV created Mental Health is Health to tackle the nation’s growing mental health crisis, particularly among young people and other marginalized communities. The initiative is rooted in the reality that we all have mental health and need to take care of it like we do our physical health.
