I-70 Westbound Stretch Clear After Multi-Vehicle Crash In Aurora

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) -- Aurora Police Department responded to a crash with multiple vehicles on a stretch of I-70 in Aurora Wednesday morning.

According to the Aurora PD tweet, a semi-tractor trailer and three other vehicles were involved in a crash on I-70 westbound near N Airport Boulevard. Traffic was delayed due to the time and effort needed for the tow truck to respond to the semi and clear the scene.

The roadway was back open to normal traffic just before 10:30 a.m.

There were minor injuries reported in the crash.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
