Women make up 15% of CUPD. Earlier this year, CUPD's chief signed a pledge committing to increase that percentage to 30% by 2030.

She urged other PAC-12 police departments to do the same. Since then, all PAC-12 universities with permanent police chiefs have signed the 30 by 30 pledge.
