Governor Signs 2021-22 State Budget, Which Restores Funding To Dramatic Cuts Made In Colorado During The Pandemic

DENVER (CBS4) - Gov. Jared Polis has signed the state budget for Colorado for 2021-2022. He says it restores funding to dramatic cuts made during the pandemic.

That includes completely reversing cuts made to schools and setting aside an historic amount for the state's reserve fund.

Members of the Joint Budget Committee say the budget aims to help all Coloradans, especially those who are still struggling.
