7 p.m. Sunsets Begin March 14 As Clocks Spring Forward With Daylight Saving Time

DENVER (CBS4) - We're just a little over a week away from the start of Daylight Saving Time in most of the United States. Clocks will spring forward one hour at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 14.

In Colorado the switch to DST means that the sun will rise after 7 a.m. and it will set after 7 p.m. starting March 14. Just under a week later we officially welcome a new season with the arrival of the Spring Equinox on March 20 at 3:37 a.m. in the Mountain Time Zone.
