In Colorado the switch to DST means that the sun will rise after 7 a.m. and it will set after 7 p.m. starting March 14. Just under a week later we officially welcome a new season with the arrival of the Spring Equinox on March 20 at 3:37 a.m. in the Mountain Time Zone.
