Greeley Works To Secure City's Water Supply During Drought
GREELEY, Colo. (CBS4)- The City of Greeley is working on a new project to help secure the future of the city's water supply. The Terry Ranch Water Project will develop an underground, isolated pocket of water that can serve as drought-proof water storage.
Aquifer storage is a proven way to store water while not losing it to environmental damage such as fires.
A public webinar is set for 6 p.m. Wednesday to provide the community more details.
