Search Continues For Commerce City Police Sergeant Impersonator Demanding Money

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. (CBS4)- The Commerce City Police Department is warning residents about a police impersonator. The person calls and pretends to be a police sergeant with Commerce City.

The caller claims they have a warrant for your arrest and then demands money.

Police say they will never call about a warrant or request money over the phone. Anyone who receives a call like this is asked to call the Commerce City Police Department (303) 287-2844.
