Colorado Approves Xcel Energy's Plan To Create More Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
DENVER (CBS4)- Colorado approved Xcel Energy's plan to create more car charging stations throughout the state. It's a $110 million program.
The 3-year effort will set up 20,000 electric vehicle charging stations throughout Colorado.
The program also supports electrifying cars through rebates and research projects. The goal is to get 1 million electric vehicles on the road by 2030.
