PINE, Colo. (CBS4) — Colorado Parks and Wildlife officers were on a mission over the weekend to save a mule deer who ended up with a bird feeder stuck around its neck. This happened near Pine.

A wildlife officer said it was a 10-pound feeder.
The officer was able to get the deer down and remove the white plastic cylinder — while a friend stood watch nearby.
