Greeley Police: Samuel Morgan Hit By SUV After Stepping Into Street To Avoid Cyclist On Sidewalk
GREELEY, Colo. (CBS4) -- The pedestrian who was hit by an SUV after he reportedly stepped into the street to avoid a cyclist on the sidewalk, has been identified at 29-year-old Samuel Morgan. Morgan was hit by a sport-utility vehicle near the intersection of 26th Street and 11th Avenue in Greeley late Sunday afternoon.
Morgan was pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
The incident remains under investigation by the Greeley Police Department.
