Gabriel Moak Accused Of Shooting Joseph Heck In Denver Alley
DENVER (CBS4) - First degree murder charges have been filed after a man was found dead earlier this month in a Denver alley. Gabriel Moak, 53, is accused of shooting and killing 42-year-old Joseph Heck on the 1400 block of Xavier Street on Nov. 10. That's near Colfax Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard.
Officials say Heck was shot several times.
Police so far haven't said what might have led up to the shooting.
