GRAND COUNTY, Colo. (CB4) — Gov. Jared Polis had some opposition from a Colorado native as he toured the two largest wildfires in Colorado. While making a stop at the Incident Command Center in Grand County, a big horn sheep hit the governor’s SUV.

A picture tweeted by a Denverite reporter showed the damage to the side of the car.

Gov. Jared Polis commented in the tweet, “The bighorn sheep was fine, we were fine, the vehicle still works, that’s Colorado for you!”
