Cyclist Dies In Bike-Car Collision In Wheat Ridge
WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. (CBS4) - A cyclist is dead after a collision with a car in Wheat Ridge on Monday night. Police said it happened just before 9:30 p.m. near the intersection of Kipling Street and 49th Avenue.
The driver stayed on the scene.
Police are attempting to get surveillance video from a nearby convenience store to help determine the cause of the crash.
The area has ongoing construction taking place and the intersection has signs saying "Crosswalk Closed."
