Body Of Missing Colorado Hiker Ben Brownlee Found

LAKE CITY, Colo. (CBS4) - The body of a missing 26-year-old Denver hiker in Hinsdale County has been found near Lake City. Ben Brownlee had gone hiking by himself from the Silver Creek and Grizzly Gulch trailhead.

Officials with the Hinsdale County Sheriff's Office say his body was located by a helicopter Tuesday evening below a steep, rocky ridge near Cooper Creek Peak.

Recovery efforts were set to start on Wednesday morning.
