More Coloradans Apply To Be Election Judges Than Ever Before
DENVER (CBS4)- Coloradans are setting records for the upcoming November election. More than 6,300 people have applied for election judge positions.
That is the most in recorded state history. Jefferson County has received about 3,000 applications, five times the amount they need to hire.
The Secretary of State is still looking for more candidates, specifically people who can work multiple days leading up to the election.
Anyone who is interested is asked to contact their county clerk.
