DENVER (CBS4)– Dancers with the Colorado Ballet will be furloughed until 2021. The Colorado Ballet had to cancel their 2020 season due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Live performances are the organization’s largest source of revenue. Since the ballet cannot perform, the Colorado Ballet said it had to take immediate action to be able to survive the pandemic.

Pay cuts for other staff members will remain in effect for the foreseeable future.
