DENVER (CBS4) — A record number of Denver homes on the market went under contract in June, according to the Denver Metro Association of Realtors. More than 7,600 homes were pending for sale last month. That is a 27% increase from June of last year.
The market trend shows home prices rising — and a low inventory of homes.
“What economic slowdown? We aren’t seeing it in real estate,” stated Jill Schafer, chairwoman of the DMAR Market Trends Committee.
