Emergency Food Relief Fund To Help Food Pantries During Coronavirus Pandemic

DENVER (CBS4)- Denver's Department of Public Health and Environment has announced a 'Rapid Response Grant Program' to provide more meals and groceries for those in need. The emergency food relief fund will help nonprofits like food pantries and faith-based organizations distribute food.

Many providers have seen double to 10 times the demand of families accessing their services during the coronavirus pandemic.

Grants are open for application now through July 15.
