Elk Spotted With Tire Around Its Neck
(CBS4) -- Colorado Parks and Wildlife are reminding people to be extra cautious with what they leave outside. An elk near Conifer was caught on camera earlier this month, with what looks like a tire stuck around its neck.
CPW asks you to give them a call if you see a big game animal caught with something in its antlers -- and please, don't try to help it on your own.
