VAIL, Colo. (CBS4) – Vail Resorts and Alterra Mountain company now face separate, class-action lawsuits for closing early in the face of the coronavirus pandemic.

Vail closed all its resorts on March 17. Alterra closed shortly after that.

In the lawsuit, the plaintiffs argue people who had the Epic and Ikon Passes should have gotten at least a partial refund.
