THORNTON, Colo. (CBS4) – Thornton police say a motorcyclist died Friday night after he was hit by another vehicle. Officers responded to 104th Avenue near Marion Street.

Authorities say the motorcyclist was heading east when an SUV traveling west hit him as the SUV driver turned left into a shopping center.

They say it’s too early to determine who was at fault.

The driver of the SUV was not hurt.
