What: In this one-hour workshop, Diana Mead, Managing Partner of OnePoint, and Elizabeth Wylie, partner at Snell & Wilmer, host an honest conversation about salary negotiations—the hurdles, the mindset, and the tactics that define the process. This workshop starts with the basics—why women must negotiate their compensation—and addresses the particular challenges women face in these discussions. Diana and Elizabeth draw upon their own experiences in the financial and legal industries, interviews with leaders in the field of diversity and inclusion, and the latest research to provide tools to work through these obstacles.
