Broncos Activate Drew Lock Ahead Of Game Against Chargers
DENVER (CBS4) -- Denver Broncos head coach Vic Fangio announced on Friday that rookie quarterback Drew Lock will be activated off injured reserve in time for Sunday's game against the Chargers. Fangio avoided naming a starter for the game, so Lock could be the starter or Brandon Allen's backup for the game.
However, Lock has taken the majority of first team reps this week in practice, so all signs seem to be pointing to Lock getting his first career NFL start on Sunday.
