EAGLE COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – Westbound Interstate 70 was closed just east of Avon for most of the day Tuesday due to a deadly crash in snowy conditions. There was a hazmat situation as well as a number of other crashes, according to the Colorado State Patrol.

The crash involved a semi truck and a pickup truck.
