Protesters Demand No-Fly Zone To Prevent Turkish Air Strikes

DENVER (CBS4)- Colorado's Kurdish community rallied against the decision to withdraw U.S. troops from Syria. That left Turkey and Kurdish fighters to battle each other.

Demonstrators at Sunday's protest near the state Capitol in Denver claim the U.S. abandoned the Kurds, causing thousands to lose their homes. They also claim it paved the way for an ISIS comeback.

Protesters are asking for a no-fly zone to prevent Turkish air strikes.
