Lightning Strike Ignites House Fire In Franktown

FRANKTOWN, Colo. (CBS4)- Lightning ignited a house fire in Franktown over the weekend. The house was under construction when it was struck by lightning.

Firefighters with Franktown Fire rushed to the home in the Vistancia neighborhood. Severe thunderstorms made their way through the area on Sunday.

Crews were able to quickly extinguish the fire. No one was hurt.
