Driver Crashes Sports Car Into Tree And House

DENVER (CBS4) - A driver lost control in a Denver neighborhood early Tuesday. The sports car went up on the sidewalk, hit a tree and the foundation of a house.

It happened near the intersection of East 6th Avenue and Josephine Street. Copter4 flew over the crash at about 6:30 a.m.

Fortunately the driver was not seriously hurt and there was no one else in the car. There was no significant to the house.

Denver police said the driver will be cited for careless driving.
