Driver Arrested After Woman Struck, Killed On Side Of I-25
DENVER (CBS4)- A driver is in custody after police say he crashed into a woman walking on the side of Interstate 25 near Hampden. Timothy Ruggles, 29, is being held for investigation of vehicular homicide and investigation of DUI.
The 31-year-old woman died. Police are still trying to figure out why the woman was walking on the side of I-25 just after 1 a.m. Friday.
